Employee safety education
1. Admission education
Before the newly hired workers (cadres and workers) or the workers transferred to the factory and the temporary workers, contract workers, trainees and interns are assigned to the workshops and work sites, the factory's labor department shall organize and the safety department shall conduct preliminary safety education. Its contents include the national policy and regulations on safe production, the general situation of safe production of the factory, the introduction of special dangerous parts inside the enterprise, the general knowledge of mechanical and electrical safety, the safety notice of entering the factory and the basic knowledge of accident prevention. After passing the exam, they will be assigned to the workshop.
2. Workshop education
It refers to the safety education of new employees or transferred workers after they are assigned to the workshop. The director in charge of safety in the workshop is responsible for the education of the safety officer in the workshop. The education content has this workshop's production general situation, the safe production situation, this workshop's labor discipline and the production rule, the safety matters needing attention, the workshop's dangerous adjacent position, the dangerous mechanical and electrical facilities, the dust and poison operation situation, as well as must abide by the safe production rules and regulations.
3. Post education
4. It refers to the pre-job safety education conducted by the section and team leader to the new workers. Education content section, shift safety production situation, nature of work and responsibilities, should know should operate, post type of work of the nature of the work, mechanical and electrical equipment safety operation method, performance and function of safety protection facilities, work environment, health and dust source, steroids, dangerous pieces, hazards control method, the use of personal protective equipment, as well as the emergency disaster relief measures when the accident and safety evacuation route. The practice of tertiary safety education shall not be less than 40 class hours. Workers can only operate independently after passing the professional examination.
