Ensure all hazardous energy sources reach zero energy status.
After zero energy check and confirmation, the person in charge of locking is hanging the latch on the work box used for locking, and the red main lock is locked. All personnel involved in the operation shall lock personal blue padlocks, and each individual shall lock personal locks and labels to the work boxes that perform the lockup. After the end of the work, check the recovery of all tools and materials used in the work area, and ensure that the equipment or facilities are restored to the state before the equipment or facilities can be used normally. The personnel remove the personal locks and remove the main locks after the person in charge confirms that all personnel leave the work site. Take out the key of the yellow lock and assign the authorized person to open the yellow lock. Inform the person responsible for the use of equipment or facilities. One point needs to be noted: when a work is not finished and the next shift needs to be handed over, the main lock cannot be removed. The key of the main lock should be handed over to the person in charge of the next shift to inform the operation situation. The staff should ensure that the equipment or facilities are in a safe state and the handover of locks and labels should be made.
