Lockout Tagout of seven principles of HSE site safety

Each operator entering the equipment shall have a lock. The lock of each shift shall be uniformly placed in the designated position for safekeeping (setting the safety lock visual board) and fill in the Statistical Table of Safety Lock;

The lock holder shall personally manage the key. It is strictly prohibited to lend the key to others or entrust others to lock the key. The name and contact information of the user shall be visually observed on the lock.

Each lock on site is provided with only one key, and the other spare keys are uniformly kept by the team leader;

Safety lock is also required for short operation time;

For the operation that cannot be locked, it shall fully review and take other effective preventive measures to form an identification list for the record. If there is no corresponding identification list, it shall be deemed to be locked.
