LOTOTO electrical isolation
For electrical wiring and electrical equipment, disconnect them from all power sources. Circuit control devices (such as start/stop buttons, selector switches, interlocks, etc.) shall not be used as the only means of electrical isolation;
After the electrical system has been isolated and prior to the commencement of inspection and maintenance operations on or near its components, qualified personnel shall inspect the system equipment and verify that the system has been isolated and successfully locked down;
For equipment with a voltage of more than 360 fords, only a professionally trained electrician can perform power outages and post-job transmission operations. Only a professionally trained electrician is allowed to be 10 feet (3.1 meters) away from exposed parts with voltages in excess of 360 Fords, and if work is required on the parts, other necessary measures (such as barriers and guardianship) shall be taken to ensure that no one enters at 10 feet (3.1 meters) away from the parts;
For equipment with interlocks, qualified personnel shall confirm that the equipment is not inoperable due to interlocks. In this case, the supervisor and the authorized person should wait for the qualified person to confirm that the energy has been isolated before locking it.
