(1) the department of environmental and health safety (EHS) shall regularly organize related employees of the operation department to carry out training on energy Lockout tagout and implement the training management procedures so that they know:
What is the energy in the machine and equipment?
The danger of energy being accidentally activated, switched on, or released;
Work flow, method and tools for energy partition;
Lockout tagout requirements and precautions.
(2) the training objects shall include other affected employees and contractors engaged in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the company.
(3) through training and assessment, the operating department shall authorize the staff who can conduct energy partition and Lockout tagout, and only the authorized staff can implement the operation of energy partition and Lockout tagout;
(4) EHS shall keep training records on file.
