Workshop energy isolation implementation specification
1. When energy isolation operation is involved in the workshop, standard operation shall be carried out according to the energy isolation management regulations of a branch company
2. Locking and blind plate are both ways of energy isolation of the process system. When the whole system or a single unit of the production plant is stopped for maintenance, the boundary blind plate isolation measures should be carried out after material replacement, which is in essence the embodiment of the principle of energy isolation.
3. For partial excision and maintenance of some units, monomer or regional equipment and pipelines of the production unit, effective measures must be taken to completely isolate the energy from the material unit. When selecting the isolation room table, the equipment and pipeline connected with the flange shall, in principle, be isolated with blind plate first.
4. For process pipelines and equipment without blind plate isolation, Lockout tagout isolation must be adopted during operation. Before implementation, the project leader of the relevant workshop (a workshop, maintenance workshop and power supply workshop) should identify the risks of the system and judge the effectiveness of Lockout tagout (listed by the subordinate unit) isolation mode, and strictly implement the company's relevant safety regulations for condition confirmation. According to the "energy isolation management regulations", do not lock when cleaning the filter, and execute the single operation card of the process.
