Disconnect line requirement
The work area and surrounding areas have been cordoned off and warning signs have been placed
All personal protective equipment is available
All the energy that could affect work has been released and controlled
Close/disconnect all pumps and Lock out tag out
All valves are switched to the defined safe position and are locked out tag out
All blind plates have been installed correctly
Identify all connected lines and their Lock out Tag Out sections
Close all connected heat tracing pipes and Lock out tag out
All residual pressure has been released correctly
