When a behavior is observed that poses a serious risk to human life, health or the environment, it should be stopped immediately. In such case, the observer can no longer follow the observation plan. The observer should first stop the unsafe behavior and immediately discuss the unsafe behavior with the employee.

Feedback your observations to the observed employee in a positive way that takes into account the employee's self-esteem.
Provide positive incentives for all safe methods of operation
When unsafe behaviors are observed, employees should learn why such dangerous behaviors exist and provide timely counseling and correction.
