The Lockey gate valve lockout is a new patented design, made of durable polypropylene. I can be stored easily with two semicircles apart, to save storage spaces and transportation charges. Just cover the valve handle by the lockout to prevent the valve from unauthorized operating of machines. Suggested to be equipped together with Lockey lockout padlocks and lockout tagouts.


Locking out gate valves from 1” -25” in diameter. 7 sizes available. Normally in red. Oversized gate valve handle lockout to 25” (640mm) max.

Lock the valve (use the valve lock sleeve)
